PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITIES
VACC ‘s Asian American Business Assistance Center offers strategic business consulting and business opportunities clearinghouse to help generate increased financing, public and private sector contract opportunities and related procurement opportunities to our members, the small/diverse, and women-owned businesses. In addition, the services will help these firms create and retain jobs through workforce development and training toolkit and related activities.
NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
Our official Members network and connect with Virginia’s Lawmakers and business leaders at our monthly business networking events, ASIANet , Professional Network of Virginia (PNV), and our annual signature events such as the annual Asian ProcureCon Asia and Asian Chamber Gala.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The Virginia Asian Chamber of Commerce helps our Members expand their horizons of knowledge by participating in professional network meetings, AsiaNET a series of monthly meetings with the buyers, and CareerCONNECT. These timely sessions are specifically designed to strengthen the management effectiveness and profitability of members companies and Asian Pacific American professionals.

Thank you for joining or renewing your membership with the Virginia Asian Chamber of Commerce (VACC).
Our membership has increased more than 200 percent in the past year. We accept new members year round! We are the official State of Virginia’s Asian Chamber of Commerce with members and on the ground physical representations and monthly activities throughout the entire Commonwealth (in Fairfax County, Fairfax City, Central Virginia, Charlottesville, and Newport News), Maryland, DC Metro Area, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania, and the Carolinas.
Whether you wish to increase your domestic or international sales, your VACC membership will allow you to gain exclusive access to world class networking and entrepreneurship education opportunities, business counseling through the Asian American Business Assistance Center, annual Luncheon with the Governor, economic and legislative forums, business matchmaking events, and one – on – one domestic and international business counseling catered to small businesses.
Increasing our Members’ Domestic or International Sales through Networking and Education
As a leader in the business development services industry, VACC is committed to exhibit positive examples of leadership in our activities catered to the domestic business development needs of our membership. We offer a wide variety of export assistance for small Virginia businesses, help Virginia mainstream businesses to research and connect with potential trade partners and other contacts in the Asian world markets, and help international firms to learn about the Virginia supply chain for their foreign operations expansion objectives in Virginia.
From training seminars to one- on-one counseling, business one-on-one business matchmaking, to inbound and outbound trade missions, networking events, our staff has the needed knowledge, experience, and expertise to help businesses start or expand their export operations.
Alliance for Small Business Advancement
In the space between supplier diversity and small business success, a team of experts in contracting and business development partnered with VACC to form the Alliance for Small Business Advancement. We partner with Fortune 100 and larger size buyers, contract specialists, and international trade specialists from the local, state, and federal government agencies to help us design activities aiming at enhancing our members’ competitiveness and connections.

To increase the success of our membership, we ask that all potential members to register with our organization in an easy process. Information provided by our members in their registration form is kept confidential and thus we do not share our membership information/list to anyone including the buyers and VACC partners. Our database of business members is used to identify potential firms which who might be referred/ invited to participate in upcoming sourcing opportunities with the hope that should a sourcing opportunity occurs that our member(s) could potentially fit, our member would be considered for a current and/or future business opportunity with the buying organization.
